Are you Building a Thriving & Resilient Organization?
Across the board, employees are tired & burnt out—resulting in real impacts to culture, engagement and, generally, the energy, creativity & commitment with which employees are able to offer when they show up each day.
Faced with hybrid environments, workloads that continue to build, pressures outside work and the inability to “shut down” - it’s no wonder workers are experiencing record-high levels of daily stress.
Providing employees with practical tools to manage their emotional and mental energies is paramount.
Enabling intentional team connections is essential.
Supporting employee wellness is an imperative.
Mindfulness techniques are effective stress management and emotional intelligence tools
Ways to Bring Mindfulness Skills to Your Teams
-
Team Workshops
Pause & Connect Workshop Series
This program consists of four sessions, held over a four to six week period. The first and third sessions are 2.5 hour workshops and, in between those in-person workshops, there are two virtual “keep it alive” workshop transition touchpoints for participants.
The workshops are highly interactive and engaging - and consist of a bit of theory, activities, experiences and small group dialogue.
-
Lunch N Learn Series
MINDFULNESS MONTHLY
