Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) Course

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an accredited training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. It is based on the ground-breaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.

MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding.  

Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation Course

This six-week course is designed to teach you the principles and practices of mindfulness & meditation.

Through a combination of theory, small group dialogue and practice, you will be introduced to tools that will help you work skillfully with emotions, thoughts and awake to the moments of joy in your life.

This course is taught via zoom and enrollment is kept intentionally small (10-15 people).
