1:1 Training & Coaching

Are you interested in learning about Mindfulness & Meditation? Are you searching but don’t know where to start? Could you use some support & direction? Perhaps the class times don’t work for your schedule? Or you would like to move at your own pace?

1:1 Coaching can help you, on your time and your pace, begin the journey of living a more mindful and wholly present life.

  • How it Works

    We work to pick a time that works for you and your schedule. We meet in-person or virtually, whatever is most convenient. Each session is typically 45 minutes to an hour. An introductory set of sessions consists of 6 weekly sessions.

  • What we Cover

    We will cover all the introductory material covered in the Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness Course. The difference is we do it at your pace and we also will dial up / dial down the depth of each topic based on the particular areas you want to focus. Because we are working at your pace, we can often go deeper into topics we are just able to touch on in the Introductory Course - topics like, Treating Yourself with Compassion, Creating your Own Self-Refuge, Cultivating Joy and Compassion

  • How You Connect

    Community, and the inner-connectedness we all share, is a cornerstone of mindfulness. While your sessions will be one-to-one, you will have an opportunity to connect and practice with others through Drop In Practice sessions. There you will have a chance to practice with others and grow and learn in a shared community.
