“I was wary that meditation was too “touchy feely” for me, but I signed up on the very strong recommendation of my daughter, who had just completed Rebecca’s Introductory course.

I have found that “mindful meditation” is a very legitimate practice, helping me deal with the everyday “stuff”— both negative and positive—that we all encounter. Being “aware” of the many thoughts and emotions that are a part of everyone’s day, genuinely helps in coping with them and improving one’s quality of life in the process. I had a great time during this course and learned a lot about mindfulness and meditation as well as what works for me and what doesn't. I had never really meditated or tried to be mindful prior to this course, but Rebecca guided me through these practices over the 6 week course.
