“If we were aware that we all have within us - that we all have love within us - and that we can foster and develop it, we would certainly give it far more attention than we do”
- His Holiness the Dalai Lama
Week Six:
This is the culmination of our multi-week introduction to meditation and mindfulness. And in our final class, we bring it all together - introduce the concept of heart qualities, learn about LovingKindness practice and, likely most important, discuss how we each will continue to embrace this practice once our formal class ends.

Keeping The Practice Alive
These past several weeks were meant to give you a taste of many of the practices from this beautiful tradition. You have all the tools you need to continue practicing on your own and making this a lifelong gift to yourself. There are many ways to keep your practice alive and thriving, both self-directed and with additional community and instruction. I would suggest downloading both of these two resources to keep for future reference and know that there are many ways to ignite your practice when you find it is getting dull, including joining group meditations, going on retreat or listening to a talk.
I wish you all a lifetime of the fullness and richness that comes when we walk through life fully present.
Kindly - Rebecca
