“To meditate means to go home to yourself. Then you know how to take care of the things that are happening inside you, and you know how to take care of the things that happen around you”

— Thich Nhat Hanh

Week One:

This week we begin to practice stillness and the simple experience of connecting to the breath as a way to stabilize our attention. We also begin to coalesce as a community of learners.
