Living an Intentional Life . . .

Moment-to-Moment

Welcome. I’m Rebecca.

You have only one life - are you fully living it?

Whether you are an executive dealing with stress & pressure, an overwhelmed parent who can’t shut down their busy mind or simply a human who feels there should be more to life than simply hanging on, you have found the right place.

I founded “Present Life, Beautiful Life” as a way to share the practices of mindfulness and self-compassion with others. I look forward to sharing it with you.

“Mindfulness is a purposeful way of living - and experiencing - life with openness, gratitude and acceptance so that we can interact with our experiences in a more wise, kind and equanimous manner ”

— Rebecca Hellmann
